Your quit-smoking app for iPhone and Android
Finally smoke free.
Quit Smoking Pro counts what you win back: money, time and the cigarettes you did not smoke. And it shows how your body recovers, milestone by milestone, with sources you can check.
Free. Ad-free with Premium. In 25 languages.
Your counter
See what you win back
Two counters run from the first moment: the money you keep and the cigarettes you did not smoke. Plus your smoke-free time and, honestly, your relapses too.
You enter once how much you smoked and what a pack costs. The app does the rest, day by day, without you doing anything.

Your body
Your body starts healing at minute 20
Your last cigarette starts a series of changes. Quit Smoking Pro follows 49 of them, grouped by body region, risk and everyday life: from a pulse that settles to the longer-term benefits for your heart health.
- 20 minutes Pulse and blood pressure settle
- 8 hours Oxygen recovers
- 12 hours Carbon monoxide returns to normal
- 24 hours Heart risk starts to fall
- 48 hours to 9 weeks Taste and smell like new
- 1 year Your heart benefits from staying smoke free
Six examples from 49 milestones. Timings are approximate, not an individual prognosis. The app shows progress by topic or on a timeline; the sources below provide context.
Community
You are not quitting alone
People going through the same thing right now: posts, replies, friends, messages. Day 1 writes next to day 300. Whoever quits today gets answers from people who made it.
The community is moderated. The app is rated 16+.
Good morning to all non-smokers, I will reach 300 days soon, even though it is getting really tough again right now.
Does the app cost anything?
No. Counters, all 49 milestones and the community are free, including replies to existing conversations. Premium removes ads and unlocks images in the feed, starting direct conversations and full toxin statistics. Price and term are shown in the app; subscriptions can be cancelled through your store.
Where do the health facts come from?
From published sources: IQWiG health information, CDC, American Cancer Society, plus WHO and IARC data for the toxins. Every milestone names its sources directly in the app.
What happens after a relapse?
You log it and the app counts those cigarettes honestly in your statistics. Logging a relapse does not reset your quit date. You can keep going without blame. Many in the community have been through this and write about it.
Is the community moderated?
Yes. Posts can be reported and moderation reviews reports promptly. The app is rated 16+.
What data does the app store?
Your quit date, your consumption and the price per pack for the counters, plus account data for the community. Details are in the privacy policy. Nothing is sold.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings, Delete account, or through the request page linked in the footer. Your account is anonymized and your quit-smoking profile is erased. Published posts, comments and messages remain anonymous; legally required purchase records are retained. Residual backups expire through regular rotation. Details are in the privacy policy.
Your day 1 already counts.
Get Quit Smoking Pro, enter your last cigarette and watch the numbers grow.
